Will Debloo make me gassy or more bloated at first?
If you’ve tried everything
Everything you tried did part of the job. Never all of it.
If you’ve dealt with this for years, you’ve probably tried more than most people ever will. Here’s why none of it stuck.
The probiotic
The fiber & greens
The cleanses & cutting foods
So we built the complete routine.
Feed. Seed. Fuel.
The fix isn’t one more probiotic, it’s giving your gut the whole routine. Three ingredients, three jobs, one capsule, chosen so they work together and don’t backfire on the very thing you’re trying to fix.
STEP 1 — FEED · PREBIOTIC
The no-bloat prebiotic
XOS · from non-GMO corncob
Most fibers (inulin, FOS) need big doses that leave you gassy. XOS feeds your good bacteria at a fraction of the dose without the gas and bloating most fibers cause.
STEP 2 — SEED · PROBIOTIC
Triple Bifido blend
B. lactis · B. longum · B. breve
These are the good bacteria themselves. Three well-studied strains that help keep things calm and moving the way they should.
STEP 3 — FUEL · POSTBIOTIC
Colon-direct butyrate
Tributyrin · postbiotic
Your gut lining needs fuel to stay healthy. This delivers it right where it's needed. The step almost every other product skips.
The science, in plain English
A woman’s gut isn’t a smaller version of a man’s. It’s different.
Once you understand how a woman's gut really works, the bloating stops being a mystery and starts being something you can fix.
Your gut and your hormones are connected
Certain gut bacteria actually help manage your estrogen. So when your gut is off balance, you feel it as bloating and irregularity in ways men simply don't.
Estrogen–gut microbiome research, Frontiers in Endocrinology, 2025
Your cycle changes how your gut moves
In the days before your period, rising progesterone naturally slows things down — which is why fullness, bloating and irregularity so often show up “on schedule.” In fact, 73% of healthy women report at least one digestive symptom around their period. It’s real, and it’s normal.
Progesterone & GI motility; Bernstein et al., BMC Women’s Health, 2014
Your gut needs more than good bacteria
A postbiotic is the "fuel" step most products skip. New 2025 research is promising for gut comfort, with women responding especially well.
Tributyrin RCT, Nutraceuticals, 2025
What to honestly expect
Real change, on a realistic timeline.
Debloo isn’t a harsh same-day laxative. It works with your gut, so the results build and last.
🗓️ Week 1
🌱
Your gut starts getting what it needs every day. It's early, so a little adjusting is normal but a lot of women already feel a bit lighter.
🫧
The bloating starts to settle. That heavy, puffy feeling by the afternoon shows up less and less.
🗓️ Week 2
🗓️ Week 3
🚽
Things get moving. You start going more regularly without the constipated, uncomfortable days.
🙂
Your gut feels calmer overall. Even the week before your period tends to feel easier than you're used to.
🗓️ 1 Month
🗓️ 2 Months
💜
This is where it clicks. Feeling light and regular stops being a good day here and there. It's just how things are now.
✨
You feel like yourself again, all month long. This is when most women say they're not going back.

— From THE founder
I built Debloo because I needed it.
For years, my gut ran my life — bloated and heavy by the afternoon, backed up the week before my period, and a bathroom cabinet full of probiotics and powders that did almost nothing (or somehow made me even more bloated).
I’m not a doctor. I just got tired of feeling uncomfortable and unpredictable in my own body, so I went deep into the research on women’s gut health. The same thing kept coming up: most products only do one part of the job. Your gut needs the whole routine — fed, seeded and fueled — not just another jar of bacteria.
Debloo is the routine I wish I’d had. It’s what finally helped me feel calm, regular and like myself again.
